Junior Cricket is available for both boys and girls who have attained the age of 8 years old prior to the 31st August each year.
Le Page Park offers junior cricket in the following age groups:
Rookies - designed for children who have completed both Junior Blasters and Master Blasters and is their first time playing cricket on real cricket pitches and wearing club "whites". Rules are modified to make the game more enjoyable and it is designed for ages 8-10. Children play a T20 match every week on Saturday or Sunday mornings.
Under 12 - designed for children from 8 to 11 years old. Is a graded competition from A to C grade with A grade being the top division primarily designed for "top age" children (11yo) or talented younger children. We will have teams playing on Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Under 14 - for 12 and 13 year olds, 40 over matches played on Friday nights
Under 16 - for 14 and 15 year olds, 40 over matches, played on Friday nights
Under 18 - for 16 and 17 year olds, T20 matches played on Wednesday nights
